Jamboree Game Management
All teams will be assigned 3 games. Games will be played based on 18 minutes halves using ‘running time” with a 4 minute half time. All games will start and stop at the same time. Delays in the game due to injury, teams being late, or time outs will not affect the start and stop time of the game.
Penalties
There will be no time serving penalties. In the event of technical/personal foul the player committing the foul will be removed from the field for a minimum of the duration of the penalty and can be replaced with a new player. The team having foul committed against them will be given a fast-break opportunity from mid-field.
Any player with 3 personal fouls in a game will be ejected from the game.
“Unsportsman-Like” Foul
In the case of an “unsportman-like” foul (hitting with the intent to hurt, fight, abusive language) will result in the immediate removal of the player from the game and all remaining games.
Parking
PLEASE NOTE: Parking rules are strictly enforced by the State Police. Parking on side streets, on the side of a road, on the grass, on corners, in spots marked No Parking, in Handicapped locations without a Handicapped Placard WILL result in your car being ticketed and in many cases towed.

There will be two shuttle buses to shuttle attendees from parking lots to field locations
No Parking on Street or on Grass Area

Severe Weather
Games will be played in the rain.
All play will be halted given adverse weather conditions (Lightning)
A determination will be made based on the weather advisories when and if the games will be resumed. Resumption of play will be based on the largest portion of the current game. For example if the resumption time were to be in the first half of a game then the games will begin with the second half of play at the normally scheduled time. If the current game would be in the second half then games will resume with the beginning of the next game at the normally scheduled time. Games missed during a severe weather break will not be rescheduled. Teams are asked to check in at headquarters indicating that their team is still around. The MBYLL Staff will do everything they can to create new games for those who still want to play.
First Aid
The Jamboree provides two professional trainers that can be accessed either through any of the Field Starters or by going directly to the Headquarter Pavilion. In the case of more serious injuries Devens EMT professionals are minutes away and are available for dispatch throughout the duration of the jamboree.
Authorized Jamboree Vendors
The Jamboree has authorized vendors for the enjoyment, refreshment, and entertainment of the attendees. We ask you to patronize these authorized vendors as appropriate. Should any attendee be found to taking things from the vendor tents/stands they will be dealt with by the State Police located across the street from the Jamboree.
